The Bill Synopsis: After a child is found abandoned in a market, all he will say is that somebody called Clara is dead. After his mother is traced it turns out that Clara is his nanny. Clara is discovers at a local construction site beaten and unconscious. Jared Miles becomes the number one suspect after he was seen running through the market. Neil is worried though that they could be after the wrong man.
