Shh! Over There, Angel Synopsis: For the purpose of illegal organ trafficking, Oh Ryu and Eun Ok registered their marriage. Oh Ryu, who has only one kidney, plans to deceive Eun-ok and extract money from her. Unaware of this fact, Eun Ok feels a strange emotion as she places Oh Ryu's belongings around the house to prove their cohabitation. The two meet again due to Eun Ok losing consciousness during dialysis. As their meetings continue, Oh Ryu begins to feel both affection and guilt towards Eun Ok. On the day Oh Ryu tells Moo Saeng that he wants to quit the job involving Eun Ok, he discovers that Eun Ok actually doesn't have any money.
