Counterterror NYC 2011 Synopsis - The NYPD's Counterterrorism Bureau is on the front lines in the war on terror. These specialized task forces have one goal: to keep New York City safe. During the busiest season of the year, Hercules teams deploy with 9-mm submachine guns, the TORCH team patrols New York's subway system and the bomb squad sweeps for explosive devices, all to secure the nation's largest city.
