Ruby Synopsis: Ruby is determined to dip under 350 pounds, and she knows that she needs to ramp up her exercise program if she's ever going to reach her goal weight. However, lately she has been feeling unmotivated by her trainer Reese and his monotonous workout plan. Ruby really wants to try more creative ways to work out, so she reaches out to Dr. Bradley who recommends she meet with Dr. Jackowski, a fitness guru.
