As the first quarter of 2024 is wrapping up, we are excited to release our latest data report on market shares in Indonesia. As usual, we based our report on the JustWatch users in Indonesia selecting their streaming services, clicking out to streaming offers and marking titles as seen.
SVOD Market Shares in Q1 2024
Streaming giant: Netflix wins the market with shares equivalent to the total size of Viu and Vidio. Meanwhile, Disney+ Hotstar remains in 2nd place with more than twice the share than that of Prime Video.
Market Share Development in 2024
Leading into 2024, Vidio, Netflix and Hotstar claim the most growth with a strong +1% increase each before the end of March. Meanwhile, iflix struggles to keep up with the market, incurring a -1% loss.
