3:11 | because you guys are going to be

3:13 | immortalized as these characters for

3:14 | forever so why do you think it means so

3:16 | much to folks and Ethan I’ll start with

3:18 | you Wick has been around for a long time

3:20 | at this point it’s been around for 20

3:21 | years and people have loved it for so

3:23 | many different reasons it’s really

3:25 | meaningful to be a part of the wicked

3:27 | family and then to be the Bach and and

3:31 | the Nessa but you know who who are in

3:33 | people’s homes eventually and on the big

3:35 | screen uh it’s it’s just an honor and I

3:38 | if I were not in it I would be so

3:41 | thrilled to be watching it over and over

3:43 | again I was already so excited when I

3:44 | heard it was coming out you know it’s

3:46 | going to be made so just as a fan I

3:48 | can’t believe that I get to be in it too

3:50 | that’s lovely what about you yeah it

3:54 | absolutely means the world to me and I I

3:58 | think a lot of the fans watching will

4:01 | because all the characters in it are so

4:03 | complex I think they’ll see one another

4:05 | and a lot of the characters and at least

4:07 | little pieces of themselves in the

4:09 | characters and maybe some of it’s

4:11 | reflection maybe some of that is

4:14 | something they’ll learn maybe they’ll

4:15 | learn about the character and realize

4:16 | something within themsel too um and

4:19 | that’s something I think a lot of people

4:21 | and including myself are going to take

4:24 | film it’s the wizard who should be

4:42 | you did that well that was a hard one

4:44 | because it’s Emerald City and if there’s

4:46 | any moment in Wizard of O’s lure it’s

4:49 | like what does it feel like to walk into

4:51 | the Emerald City so it started with um

4:54 | with the perspective and I knew that we

4:57 | were going to build Emerald City so I

4:59 | wanted to bring the audience in and and

5:01 | show that we work at a cheat so that’s

5:02 | one long warer that we go straight

5:05 | through and see all the buildings that

5:06 | we build all the levels there dancers on

5:08 | the on the Rafters up in the up there

5:10 | and then and then and what it felt like

5:11 | to see a place that is aspirational

5:14 | where everyone is there who has ambition

5:15 | and dreams and there’s animals and aians

5:19 | together so we built this stage or this

5:22 | this this set it was huge you could go

5:23 | into the salon you could walk into any

5:25 | place the the dessert place the

5:27 | magazines you could open up and read

5:28 | articles it was that deep detailed and

5:30 | to have hundreds and hundreds of dancers

5:32 | all in sync and doing it was just an

5:34 | amazing experience to do and um yeah it

5:38 | was it was just one of those things that

5:39 | you just dream about as a kid to be able

5:41 | to shoot a sequence like that um and the

5:44 | song of course one short day is great

5:46 | and then to be able to go further with

5:48 | Oz because it’s the EML City you had you

5:50 | know the flatheads and be inspir

5:52 | inspired by the denslow drawings from

5:54 | the original book um all those things

5:56 | came into play everyone was on full on

5:57 | Deck the costumes the production design

6:00 | VFX everyone was in on that and of

6:02 | course the ladies themselves had to

6:04 | really sell that um that’s well I love

6:06 | that so much um I know that folks uh by

6:09 | this time that they’re going to see the

6:10 | film are knowing that there’s part two

6:11 | obviously and then they’re going to be

6:13 | like me the minute they saw it waiting

6:15 | for set you know part two to come out

6:17 | like I want it today me too sorry but

6:20 | what are you most excited for them to

6:21 | see in the next one what are you excited

6:24 | for fans to finally take a look at well

6:26 | I love that you know movie one’s about

6:27 | choices and how hard it is to make

6:29 | choices but sometimes it’s even harder

6:32 | to deal with the consequences of those

6:34 | choices and so it gets Messier in Movie

6:36 | 2 and we don’t have to do the backstory

6:38 | we don’t have to do catchup it is you

6:41 | are in the mud from the very beginning

6:43 | and this beautiful perfect simple fairy

6:46 | tale suddenly becomes very complicated

6:48 | and I watching these girls and that

6:50 | relationship evolve from that uh is is

6:53 | after have gone through a relationship

6:55 | with them already is is exciting and um

6:58 | I’m excited for the the audience to feel

7:00 | that too so is it like you’re not

7:01 | picking between your kids come on give

7:02 | me a number I want a number I want give

7:05 | me a title of a song sir a moment come

7:07 | on in in movie One in movie two oh movie

7:10 | two that you’re looking forward for

7:11 | folks seeing Oh I mean for good is like

7:18 | deed yeah where uh Cynthia kills this

7:22 | thing and um she has her whole monkey

7:25 | Army turning to her side and she’s

7:27 | accepting the witch that they want her

7:29 | to be and it is it is extraordinary and

7:32 | we have two new songs that I can’t talk

7:33 | about yet but they’re very very

7:35 | fantastic okay I like that um we’ll get

7:38 | back to movie one because the internet

7:40 | has already fallen in love with just the

7:42 | like 20 seconds of dancing through life

7:44 | that they’ve seen did you film it

7:46 | knowing that it was going to be the

7:47 | thing of like you know thirsty videos

7:50 | about John like I just feel like you

7:52 | knew what you were doing you’re like I

7:54 | mean come on it’s Johnny Bailey it’s

7:56 | dancing through life this was his moment

7:59 | uh he was killing it in rehearsals he

8:00 | came in you know he was shooting like

8:02 | Bridgerton and his other series at the

8:04 | same time so he would come in we’re like

8:06 | okay this is what we’re thinking and he

8:08 | owned it in a way that was so it was

8:10 | almost at so at ease like there’s very

8:12 | few Leading Men these days that AR

8:15 | trying to be Leading Men and he didn’t

8:17 | have to try he just did it in his

8:19 | amazing skill set of being able to move

8:22 | act and sing all at the same time like

8:24 | we wanted to Showcase that and then we

8:25 | have this turning wheel we call it the

8:27 | tornado wheel that he had to learn how

8:29 | to actually maneuver with it um the

8:32 | engineering in that alone is is very

8:34 | sophisticated and he has the humor about

8:36 | him so it was all with light touches and

8:39 | yeah of course we knew it was going to

8:40 | be a thirst trap for everybody and uh we

8:42 | played into that
