Rupture Synopsis: Kamura's (Kihei Shiina) therapy has been completely taken over by Sakuma (Kenichi Takifuji) and used in a large-scale clinical trial that causes sudden death in the elderly. In addition, Sakuma involves Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Date (Hisaku Shimada) and others in moving to legislate the euthanasia bill.
