Kamen Rider Synopsis: TV-Fly takes over a suburban hospital in order to create a new mutant specifically designed to defeat Kamen Rider V3. The new creature, Squid-Fire, manages to disrupt V3's power source and scores a victory for Destron. The mutant seals Kazami Shiro in a coffin, which is placed in a furnace! Can Shiro discover the extent of his powers in time to escape his own execution?
