Police Academy Synopsis: Kingpin's people have stolen the crown jewels of Ruritania, hiding them in an Edsen car that is shipped to the city. However, Kingpin doesn't know which car contains the merchandise, so he hires teenagers to steal every Edsen in the city, until they can find the goods. Meanwhile, young Billy and his friends are the first to join Lassard's new Cop Scout program. Their mission is to help Mahoney and friends infiltrate the car theft ring, and bring the criminals to justice.
