Dark Minds Synopsis: Phelps and Kelly head down to Texas to investigate the disappearances of over 30 young women. Some have gone missing, some have turned up dead, in a flat, steamy wasteland along the I-45 freeway between Houston and Galveston known as The Killing Field. It's paradise for serial killers — time for paradise to get shut down.
