Resep ini cocok untuk dijadikan ide jualan di bulan puasa atau bisa juga dijadikan menu pendamping untuk berbuka puasa. Tanpa berbasa-basi lagi, yuuukk kita langsung saja praktek, resepnya ada di bawah ini :
Bahan bahan :
Siapkan jus pandan 150ml diambil dari 5 lembar daun pandan dan 10 lembar daun suji
Bubur mutiara :
Sagu mutiara 75gr
Air 1 liter
Gula 3 sdm
Garam 1/4 sdt
Pewarna merah 2 sampai 3 tetes
Bubur ketan hitam :
Ketan hitam 150gr (tanpa direndam)
Air 1 liter
Santan encer 400ml
Gula 100gr (cicip, klo suka manis bisa ditambah)
Garam 1/2 sdt
Tepung maizena 1 sdm (larutkan dengan sedikit air)
Kuah santan :
Santan 500ml (kekentalan sedang)
Garam 1/2 sdt
Tepung maizena 1 sdm
Bubur candil pandan : Candil pandan :
Tepung ketan 250ml
Garam 1/2 sdt
Jus pandan 50ml + air panas (jadi air pandan hangat 200ml) Bubur candil
Air 700ml
Gula 175gr
Garam 1/2 sdt
Santan instan 1 bungkus (boleh 2bungkus klo mau lebih kental)
Jus pandan 100ml
Tepung ketan 1sdm + tepung beras 1 sdm (larutkan dengan sedikit air)
Pewarna hijau dan pewarna coklat secukupnya sampai warna hijau yang diinginkan.
Bubur sumsum :
Tepung beras 80ml
Santan encer 800ml
Garam 1/2 sdt
Bubur mutiara dimasak dengan teknik 10-30-7-30 (direbus 10menit, diamkan 30menit, rebus lagi 7menit, diamkan 30menit)
Bubur ketan hitam di masak dengan tehnik 10-30-7 (rebus 10menit, diamkan 30menit rebus lagi 7 menit)
