Doctors Synopsis: The elderly mother of a Downs Syndrome girl is about to go on a trip to America, only she's a bit poorly and has to get the doctor out. She's been not-so-secretly earning extra money as a phone sex worker, so her daughter takes up the mantle. Julia is a bit shocked. Zara takes her dad to a local Over 50's Community Coffee Morning, though she can't wait to get out, it reminds her of 'Cocoon'. Her dad wants to play table tennis though. Poor Zara. Simon turns to Ruth to talk about his break-up.
