Doctors Synopsis: It's snowing again in Letherbridge, and Michelle has had her tyre slashed. Luckily a neighbor is there to help. He is a big Mowtown fan and has a bow tie given to him by Smokey Robinson in 1965. He's living in the past, and secretly fancies her. Imagine her surprise when he tries to kiss her at the local tea dance. Zara drags her dad to a posh restaurant, but it all ends in tears. He wants to move into a place of his own. Ruth has to find someone else to lead the tap dance troupe, as Charlie has gout again. She targets Jimmi.
